Setup

Start the Slack install flow

In Traversal, go to Company Knowledge > Integrations, select Slack, and click Configure in Slack. You’ll be redirected to Slack to install and authorize the Traversal app in your workspace.

Approve permissions

Choose the workspace and approve the requested permissions.

Finish in Traversal

After Slack redirects you back, Traversal stores the Slack bot token for that workspace. That token starts with xoxb-.
