Setup

Create an API key

  1. In Coralogix, go to Settings > API Keys > Personal Keys
  2. Click + New Key, give it a name (e.g., “Traversal”)
  3. Select the DataQuerying role preset
  4. Click Create and copy the API key (it’s only shown once)

Find your regional endpoint

Select the API endpoint for your Coralogix region:
  • EU1: https://api.coralogix.com
  • EU2: https://api.eu2.coralogix.com
  • US1: https://api.coralogix.us
  • US2: https://api.cx498.coralogix.com
  • AP1 (India): https://api.app.coralogix.in
  • AP2 (Singapore): https://api.coralogixsg.com
You can also identify your region from your Coralogix account URL — for example, https://your-team.cx498.coralogix.com indicates US2.

Configure in Traversal

Go to Company Knowledge > Integrations, select Coralogix, and enter your API endpoint and API key.
